two delicious desserts from our pastry kitchen.
Laguna $48 / Person
This is our most popular menu. You and your guests will be greeted with an orchid garnished
tropical drink. Once underway our friendly staff will pass a selection of three hors d oeuvres
while guests enjoy the amazing view of the Miami skyline. You may select two salads,
two entrees and two desserts. Vegetable and starch included.
SIGNATURE LUAU $64/ Person
We will set the mood with colorful leis and welcome Mai Tais at boarding. Once underway
our friendly staff will pass 4 hors d oeuvres and display one of our popular reception menus
while you and your guests enjoy cruising past the famous Venetian Islands. Your dinner will
include a choice of two salads, two entrees, and four desserts from our pastry kitchen.

TB BBQ $36/ Person
There is nothing better than having an all American BBQ aboard America’s only floating
beach. This is guaranteed fun. Our galley staff has put together a menu of traditional
favorites for you to choose from. Start by selecting three side dishes, two entrees and
two desserts. If you would like additional items, we will be happy to accommodate
any special requests.
